Lord Voldemort  gets back the Elder Wand from Albus Dumbledore's grave. Severus Snape  then become’s Hogwarts' headmaster. Meanwhile, Harry Potter makes a deal with the goblin Griphook  to enter Bellatrix Lestrange's vault at Gringotts bank in return to get him Sword of Gryffindor. Griphook takes Harry, Ron and Hermione to the vault. After reaching the vault, Harry then comes to know that the Horcrux is Helga Hufflepuff's Cup. As Harry gets the cup, Griphook takes the sword and deserts the three.

Somehow the three escapes from the premises through the guardian dragon. Snape becomes aware of Harry coming to Hogwarts.

He then presses forth the action of punishing anyone helping Harry. Snape then escapes from Hogwarts.Voldemort then attacks the school. Harry then discovers snake Nagini is the vital and the last Horcrux to be destroyed.

Harry learns from Snape's memories that Snape loved Lily, Harry's mother. After that incident, Dumbledore and Snape plans to protect Harry from Lord Voldemort. 

Harry’s pursue for finding and killing Lord Voldemort goes to an end with this last series. The movie was released both in 2D and 3D and is the highest grossing film of 2011.
